Garden Design and Installation
Utilizing a permaculture rooted approach, our goal is to create magical gardens that draw communities together outside to learn about caring for the earth.
We’ll collaborate with you to create a design plan for a garden space on your property. Our designs can incorporate vegetables, herbs, flowers, natives and annuals, with the intention of working towards closed loop systems.
Grounded in long term relationships, we’ll facilitate and coordinate garden parties, education and workshops for community surrounding the space. We provide weekly or bi-weekly maintenance and on-site education for your garden and community!
Natural Building
With the guidance of Jackson Toole, an experienced natural builder and architect, we create customized designs for each project. Through conversations with your school, community, or group, we’ll decide together on the type of structure everyone is most excited to bring to life.
The build process includes 2–3 volunteer days where participants gain hands-on natural building skills. We plan and organize these days to be fun, collaborative, and rewarding—bringing people together to create a lasting structure your community can enjoy for years to come.
Cob structures require biennial maintenance. We’ll teach you the skills to host these maintenance work parties or offer to return every two years coordinate these events.
Place-Based Curriculum
After installation, we offer a program to facilitate activities. Our goal is to inspire care for the space, build hands-on skills, and nurture a passion for living in harmony with the earth. We utilize our own garden and natural building curriculum centered around engaging through the senses with hands on and wonder-filled activities.
